What’s your background?

I studied computer science with honours at The University of New South Wales. I have worked in various office environments and enjoyed it but I really love the remote working lifestyle, I find I am more productive but also have a great work life balance. Two days a week I'll work from home and the rest of the time in co-working (or co-living) spaces. You can really build up a fantastic community of people doing remote work.

How long have you been working remote and what are you currently working on?

I've been working remotely for 6 years on a company I co-founded, we run an online interior design service called Decorilla.

Why do you think Tenerife and the Canary island is a good destination for digital nomads?

It's good to get out of the big cities for a while, be in a more relaxed environment. Tenerife is cheaper, more chill, great landscapes and climate. A really great place to get some good work done and enjoy some out-of-hours activities.

What is your favorite thing about Nine Coliving?

So many things, the community and the people and the views! I love the big window in the main work area. I love morning yoga on the beautiful rooftop. I love delicious family dinners with fantastic people.
