A few things you should know before booking you stay:

The minimum stay at Nine is 14 nights. And because we love having you around as long as possible we offer great discounts for longer stays:
Stay 28 nights or longer: 10% discount
Stay 56 nights or longer: 20% discount

We charge your first 14 nights when making your booking.
The outstanding amount you pay when you leave Nine
Cancellation before 14 days before arrival: we save your deposit as a credit for your a future stay. In case someone books your room for the first 14 nights of your booking, we refund you the nights that are booked.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: you loose your deposit unless someone books your room for the first 14 nights of your booking. In that case we refund you the nights that are booked.
Let us know asap if you need to cancel, for a higher chance to find you a replacement.
We have a minimum stay of 14 days, because we have noticed our community thrives best when people stay longer. :)
Most of our guest stay a minimum of one month at Nine which gives the opportunity for deeper connections.

Summers are our slow months. We use this to do some small renovations at Nine. This year the Patio will get fresh paint and a small roof will be replaced.

This doesn’t mean coming to stay isn’t a good idea though! Tenerife is beautiful in summer. And this summer you even pay a little less ;)
